"Brilliantly creative and professional."
"Absolutely awesome!! Friendly, professional, lots of laughs and makes everyone feel relaxed"
"Wouldn’t have our photos taken by anyone else."
"Priceless memories ...makes you smile and your heart sing"
Ok, so that's what a few other people have said... but really, who am I? Well, I'm a Central Coast local. I've lived away, I've lived abroad, but I eventually came home to stay, to start a family and to be part of the ever-growing, diverse, dynamic community here that makes us 'Coasties' so unique.
I've been 'shooting' people (oh that pun never gets old...) for almost 15 years. Making memories, telling stories, holding hands, laughing, crying and sharing experiences with families, couples, small business, big business... using a camera to grab an instant, a second... and keep it safe for the future.
Photography wasn't my first profession, I've been in media and marketing for more years than I care to admit! But it's all story-telling. What's a vision without a picture, a small business without an identity, a family without an album full of photos to look back on? My background has brought me to this point in life, and I can only be thankful for that.
I have a long-suffering husband, two strapping boys whose collective goal in life is to eat the fridge bare before shopping day and break as many windows as they can playing cricket, and two crazy dogs who continually shed 'fibres of love' throughout our noisy home. I do school runs, I volunteer, I'd help anyone who needed it, in a heartbeat.
I shoot with honesty, compassion and kindness. My clients become friends, my friends become clients. If I don't meet you before I photograph you, I won't get the best out of you... so be prepared to chat over coffee (or wine!). I like to know who you are, what you believe, who you admire, your favourite sitcom and if you prefer dogs over cats... this is how we get photos that are natural and full of life. No awkward poses, no formula shots. Just you. And your dog, if you want...
They say a picture tells a thousands words, which is good because I can talk... a lot. x
